Robin Truesdale holds a BA in Psychology from Buffalo State College. She has over twenty years of experience working for non-profit organizations, and ten years of comprehensive experience overseeing the daily operations of grant-funded programs for non-profit organizations.

 

She is responsible for Coordinating program operations, staff supervision, leading teams, office management, and developing and implementing strategies to improve service provision.

 

Robin designs and implements pilot programs that resulted in additional funding to continue programming. On-going with the development of new program processes, she also evaluates and improves current processes.

 

Robin researches and implements; the best practices in conducting needs assessments.
