Paula is a business concept developer with over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and Training Management.  Former proprietor of MOI Inc,

co-developer of SNARDCARDS; a youth organization designed to teach young entrepreneurs the basics of business development and the importance of creating a solid business foundation. She is a business advisor for BeNameless, a marketing, creative strategist management agency.

 

President of TOP Enterprises Inc, a non-profit community development corporation with the mission, "BUILD PEOPLE - BUILD COMMUNITY." Currently, Paula is the president of PSM Enterprises, owner and property manager. Previous licensed NYS Real Estate Agent, with over five years; experience managing St. John Towers and Ellicott Town Housing.

 

Paula is a member of New Mt. Ararat Temple of Prayer; where she mentors youth in career readiness, scholarship options, and conducts school awards ceremony. With over 20 years as a Girl Scout leader, she worked to empower girls to be the best they can be.

 

She holds a Masters of Science, discipline in Advertising, and Business Marketing Education. Bachelor of Science, discipline in Business Distributive Education. Associates Degree in Fashion Merchandise Management. Completed various sales certifications, B2B relationship building and understanding the WHO, WHAT, WHY, and WHEN in determining the best solution for business customers.

 

Paula has won numerous awards during her tenure at, AT&T, Lucent Technology and Verizon. She was the WNY Diversity Champion, "I'm ok you're ok," looks at diversity in others as an asset for every business /organization.
